Nichols'
LP Gas Service, Inc. is an innovative
propane company credited with several industry firsts for Texas, including
the first to install Railroad Commission approved poly piping (refer Texas
Propane Magazine-July 1995). Nichols was also first to install recently
approved corrugated stainless steel piping (Certified - Oct 1996). It is
one of the few independent marketers in Texas to provide continuing
education training for the local volunteer fire departments. Nichols'
LP Gas Service, Inc. built, with Railroad Commission approval, a
complete propane tank fire simulator and has provided such training since
1992 (refer Texas Propane Magazine-Oct 1992).
Nichols' LP Gas Service, Inc. currently has four bulk storage
facilities throughout its service area. Outside its Clifton office are a
total of 66,000 gallons of storage capacity, 15,000 gallons near
Turnersville, 15,000 gallons outside of Meridian, and 18,000 gallon in
Laguna Park for a total of 114,000 gallons.
